Simple and easy, whips up quickly for an appetizer, a party, or just a snack.

For this you will need:

1 lb bacon
1 cup mayonnaise
1 cup sour cream
1 tomato – seeded and diced

Cook the bacon in a skillet over medium high heat until evenly brown. Drain on paper towels.

In a medium bowl, combine mayonnaise and sour cream. Crumble bacon into the sour cream and mayonnaise mixture. Mix in tomatoes just before serving.
