We love chicken…
For this you will need:
6 boneless skinless chicken breasts
salt & pepper
1-1/2 cup chicken broth
8 slices swiss cheese
2 (10-1/2 oz.) cans cream of chicken soup
1 (10-1/2 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 cup milk
3 cups stuffing
1 cup butter, melted
Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper and place chicken breasts in crock pot.
Pour chicken broth over breasts. Put one slice of Swss cheese on each breast. Combine cans of soup and milk and cover chicken breast with the soup mixture.
Sprinkle stuffing mix over all, and drizzle melted butter on top.
Cook on low for 6 hours or high for 3.
