Crockpot Kielbasa & Stuffing

Crockpot Kielbasa and stuffing is an easy, but delicious and filling all-in-one meal

For this you will need:

2 thawed and sliced kielbasa
1 bag of thawed, frozen green beans
2 cans condensed cream of chicken soup
1 16 oz. container of sour cream
2 boxes of stuffing mix
1/2 cup melted butter
2/3 cup chicken broth

Mix the sliced kielbasa and green beans up in a large mixing bowl.

In another mixing bowl, mix together the two cans of condensed chicken soup and the 16 oz. container of sour cream. Pour the soup mixture into the kielbasa and beans and mix together.

In another bowl, combine the two boxes of stuffing with the 1/2 cup of butter. After lining your crockpot, put half of the stuffing mixture into the crockpot. Add the meat mixture, and then top with the remaining stuffing mixture. Drizzle with 2/3 cup chicken broth.

Cook on low for 7 hours.

I wanted to have a picture of the finished meal on a plate for you to see, but after smelling it cooking all day, everyone immediately dug in, and within 20 minutes it was gone. I guess that’s proof of a good recipe!
