Egg Roll in a Bowl

This recipe is an Asian-inspired dish that is full of flavor!

For this you will need:

1 pound of ground pork, chicken or beef
4 green onions whites
2 teaspoons grated ginger
4 cloves garlic
1 pound coleslaw mix
3 tablespoons soy sauce
1 teaspoon sesame oil

Brown meat in a pan until no pink remains, drain fat. Add the whites of the green onions, ginger, garlic, and coleslaw mix.

Cook until slaw is tender, about 5 minutes. Stir in soy sauce and sesame oil, and stir until coated.

Tasted exactly like an egg roll without the roll. Quite delicious, although next time I think I’d like to have it with rice.
