Pineapple Barbecued Meatballs

This was a simple, quick recipe that was so delicious! Served as an appetizer, or in a sub roll, these meatballs will be a hit!

For this you will need:

1 (75 count) bag frozen meatballs
1 916 ounce) jar apricot preserves
1 (20 ounce) can drained pineapple chunks
1/2 cup brown sugar
2 (16 ounce) bottles barbecue sauce

Mix all but meatballs together in a large pan.

Add meatballs last, still frozen.

Cook slowly over low heat until meatballs thaw, and heat through. Serve hot.
