Slow Cooker Kielbasa and Lil’ Smokies are very easy to make, and delicious to eat. This is the perfect dish for a potluck, or as an appetizer.
For each package of meat you will need:
2-1/2 cups of grape jelly
1 – 18 oz. bottle of barbecue sauce
After lining your crock pot, pour in the barbecue sauce and jelly.
Add in the sliced kielbasa, or the Lil’ Smokies.
Mix them all up, and allow them to cook on high for 3 – 3-1/2 hours.
I made these for a family reunion, and came home with two empty crock pots. You can’t go wrong with this simple barbecue recipe!
