In a big hurry? Want to throw some chicken and a couple of ingredients into a slow cooker and forget about it? This is the recipe for you.
For this you will need:
2 tablespoons minced garlic
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1/3 cup brown sugar, packed
Add the chicken, salt, pepper, and garlic to the slow cooker.
Sprinkle on the brown sugar.
Cook on low for 8 hours or high for 4 hours.
Because the potatoes and carrots from the recipe Slow Cooker Honey Garlic Chicken and Veggies were such a hit at my house, I made the recipe in a smaller slow cooker with just the potatoes and carrots. Came out great!
