Slow Cooker Honey Garlic Chicken and Veggies

The absolute easiest one pot recipe, and so delicious!

For this you will need:

6 boneless chicken breasts
16 ounces baby red potatoes, halved
16 ounces baby carrots
16 ounces green beans, trimmed

For the sauce:

1/2 cup soy sauce
1/2 cup honey
1/4 cup ketchup
2 tbs minced garlic
1 tsp dried basil
1/2 tsp dried oregano
1/4 tsp crushed red pepper flakes
1/4 tsp black pepper

In a large bowl, combine all sauce ingredients.

Place chicken, potatoes, carrots and sauce mixture into slow cooker.

Cover and cook on low for 7-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours, basting every hour. Add the green beans during the last 30 minutes of cooking time.

Serve immediately.

Note: After I took a picture of this dish, the girls insisted that I take pictures of their plates too.
