Errol has never been a fan of green beans so I substituted broccoli instead.
For this you will need:
1 pkg (13.5 oz.) Kielbasa
1 can (10.75 oz.) cream of chicken soup
1 box (6 oz.) chicken flavored stuffing mix
1/3 cup chicken stock
3 cups frozen broccoli, cooked according to package directions and drained
3/4 cup sour cream
1/4 cup butter, melted
In a non-stick skillet, cook kielbasa over medium heat until lightly browned.
Add prepared broccoli to skillet, and remove from heat.
In a small bowl, combine soup and sour cream. Pour over sausage mixture and stir gently.
In a bowl, combine stuffing mix and butter. In a greased baking dish, spoon half of stuffing mixture, cover with sausage mixture, and top with remaining stuffing mixture.
Drizzle with chicken stock.
Bake, covered, at 350° for 25-30 minutes or until heated through.
